2. Products All products are handcrafted in Thailand. We make every effort to display colors and designs accurately, however slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and production batches.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping We ship worldwide from Thailand. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

6. Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for packages held by customs.

7. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.

8. Limitation of Liability Muay Thai Fight Wear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
